The Technology behind the audios Hypnosis - When you are in a hypnotic trance, your brainwaves slow down and change to the alpha state or even alpha-theta state and the suggestions made by the hypnotist are going directly to your subconscious mind. This can in turn make instant and dramatic improvements to your life ...because when you change your thoughts at a subconscious level, you change your behaviour, your actions and your results. Brainwave Entrainment - It has been recently discovered that, through a process called brain entrainment, it is possible to induce a person's brainwaves to a certain frequency. And this is what Binaural beats are designed for. By emitting signals of different frequencies in each ear, you can "reprogram" your mind to work just the way you want it to. You see when you introduce the two signals to the ears that are offset by just a few Hertz, something very interesting happens: the brain tries to compensate for the difference. In doing so, it sets of an amazing amount of electrical activity throughout your brain. And by controlling the frequencies that go into each ear, you can also ‘tune’ the brain to go to any of the frequencies in the table below…
Additional technical information on the brain entrainment frequencies and techniques used in the mp3's
The Alpha mp3 uses predominantly alpha frequencies. The other tracks are use a sweeping style of entrainment starting in mid-range beta sweeping down to the edge of delta. (usually holding at the edge of delta for 10 minutes.) Keep in mind this is a very simplistic overview. The PK Problem solving track is also different in that it holds at different levels of brainwave entrainment that are associated with intuition, problem solving and deep integration. This track ends in the sub-delta brain frequencies. Most of the tracks also contain brainwave entrainment that stimulate sub-dominant brainwaves patterns while sweeping through the ranges of dominant brainwaves. The sub-dominant brainwave entrainment is subtle and accomplished through stereo field relocation of sound. (Very Advanced) 90% of the sub-dominant brainwave stimulation is in the range of .5 to 2.5 cycles per second. Typically focusing on the .5 and 1.5 frequency ranges. These are included because they are shown to produce increases in a variety of longevity and vitality based brain chemicals without interfering in the dominant brainwave entrainment. Other techniques that are used and integrated in most of the tracks include "overload techniques" designed to encourage the brain to shut down harmful self dialog. Most of the sub-dominant brain wave entrainment occurs through a process of delicate layering of binaural, monaural and pulse entrainment. Using the principles of harmonics is one method that additional brainwave frequencies emerge, adding to the flow and complexity of these tracks. Neuro Linguistic Programming - You have patterns, habits, strategies and programs for everything you do. Some of these patterns serve you, but others do not resulting in unwanted outcomes. NLP will help you find the patterns do not serve you and change them so they work to your advantage. This language technique is used in the audios to help you get what you want faster. Subliminal Messaging - Subliminal messages are below the normal visual or audio range.
